"Well, Hot-n-Ready, you've done it again. You've won my heart again." That's what Jeff said to me after we finished our dinner on Friday night. So I thought it was time to stop and write a reflective post about how the weekly Hot-n-Ready is becoming a Yank Foster tradition. Let's face it. Our family loves Little Caesar's. When we lived in Phoenix, we would get a Hot-n-Ready for special, celebratory occasions. Then whenever we were on a road trip we look up the nearest Little Caesar's because the Hot-n-Ready was hands down the most food for the lowest price. But now, almost every Friday night (at least during the warmer months) we get a Hot-n-Ready and eat it at Clement Park. I love how it tastes, especially when I'm really hungry. I love how it gives me a break from thinking about dinner. I love the price. But more than anything, my favorite part is the pure satisfaction it gives to my hard-working hubby. Pure joy with every bite. Every time.

I hear ya Ang. We too love hot n ready pizza. We used to get it for every family home evening. I don't know what happened but that tradition stopped. But don't worry we still love it!
Oh, the Hot-N-Ready, it has so often come into our home in when we've been in a rush, and it saves us all :) I'm glad to know you are reaping and enjoying the benefits of them as well! And by the way, your hair is way cute, Angie :)
Ya know, you gotta appreciate the fact that it only takes five bucks to really satisfy your hubby.
Some of the best things in life are simple... Yeah, I don't really have much else clever to say about this like everyone else, but I want you to know that I read your blog entry, Nange.
Hot-n-ready AKA awesome.
I can just picture Jeff saying that, hilarious. I love it too! I think you guys introduced it to us when you stayed with us!!! thanks :)
What the heck is Hot N Ready?
Dad
Honestly, I think I've always had a little bias against Little Ceasars since the time about ten years ago I purchased one of their pizza pies (admittedly pre-HotNReady Era) and--I swear--there was no cheese. Or maybe one small strand of mozzerella. I found it displeasurable.
But I'm sure that was a fluke, and maybe I should give them a try again.
Who couldn't use a little more pure satisfaction at a low low cost?
We would like to challenge you guys to a hot-n-ready throw down (or should I say throw up). JK L.C. is the only way we eat pizza, since it now it takes three pizzas and two crazy breads (did I mention 2 rootbeers)to satisfy us. Hot-n-ready is what allows us to justify the occasioinal splurge. I can't imagine going anyplace else.
You sure picked a hot topic that everyone relates to. I would not classify Little Caesars as gourmet pizza and there are certainly other establishments I like more, BUT...It is the working man's pizza. When you have been doing yardwork all day or painting for hours it is like nectar from the gods at a great price. My only gripe with them is their degrading marketing practice of making people dance with the sign. After 3hours in the sun and broken batteries in the walkman I had to call it quits.
